I have just organised storage at Rocklea Store King for my family. From the first phone call I received warm clear communication about the scope and cost of the service. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and the large clean space for hire. I used to rent a storage with Storage King Rocklea in 2016 and was disappointed with staff miscommunication. Just because it's such a convenient location, I went there again to buy a port a robe boxes this time. I wasn't expected to see different personal there, however it made such a big difference in a good way. Two wonderful ladies covered all my questions related to merchandise and storage conditions. Maxine shown me a few storage units available, reminded me sign in and sign off process, offered me the current deals, even fixed the price for us and I have signed the agreement the following day. Good service made difference. I would love to recommend Storage King Rocklea to anyone who needs storage problem to be solved on 5* level.

Very very practical location and facilities, let alone competent, civilised, kind and practical staff and management. I was lucky to Rocklea' team support for storing my toys, outdoor gears and surplus furnitures. Price has been fairly stabble as well so you know what your are getting into short and long term.

We are a large family owned national business that requires affordable convenient storage for our point of sale and stock. Rocklea was in a perfect location for us. The girls are absolutely lovely and willing to lend a hand anytime, but whats even more appreciated is the fact they kindly receive stock on our behalf and hold it until we can relocate it into our own shed. The 24 hour access allows us to grab what we need any time of day which suits our business perfectly. We couldn't be more happy with the service provided and the staff at Rocklea and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I have decided to supply this feedback on Rocklea Storage King. We started a new home business in 2011 and our business outgrew our home storage before we were half way through the year. We looked around for a facility that would allow us to have the space we needed to keep our stock and packaging and that would give us 24 hour access. We were pleased to find that Rocklea met those requirements, but we were even more delighted to find that the ladies at Rocklea were happy to receive large pallets loads of materials from our suppliers and that they had the equipment and staff to handle it. In the last two years we have doubled our storage space in the facility and we have been extremely happy with the personalised service that the staff at Rocklea have given us. To us it seems as if Rocklea are an extension of our business, a virtual warehouse without the huge overheads. Keeping our overheads low has been critical to our business model and success. The staff at Rocklea are very helpful. They are professional, sensitive to our needs, aware of our business risks and able and willing to come to our rescue when we ask for help. I would highly recommend any new business to Rocklea.
